MY SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I provide individual therapy to all adults ages 18 and over dealing with a range of mental health conditions. My approach to therapy is primarily CBT and ACT-based, but I also draw from other therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique values, relational style, and needs.
ANXIETY
Anxiety can be debilitating and impact many areas of life. I work with individuals to identify the underlying causes of anxiety, develop coping strategies, and improve overall functioning.
COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy can help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build a stronger relationship. I work with couples to identify and address issues that may be impacting their relationship, and provide tools to enhance intimacy and connection.
FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy can be beneficial for families dealing with a variety of issues, including conflicts, transitions, and behavioral problems. I work with families to improve communication, build stronger relationships, and develop strategies to address challenges.
STRESS & TRAUMA
Stress and trauma can have a significant impact on mental health and well-being. I work with individuals to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and address the effects of stress and trauma on mental health.
ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger can be a difficult emotion to manage, and I work with individuals to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and improve overall emotional regulation.
DEPRESSION
Depression is a common mental health condition that can be effectively treated with therapy. I work with individuals to identify the underlying causes of depression, develop coping strategies, and improve overall mood and well-being.
GRIEF & LOSS
Grief and loss can be difficult to navigate, and I provide support and guidance to individuals dealing with the loss of a loved one or other significant life changes. I work with individuals to develop coping strategies and find meaning and purpose in the face of loss.
